Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will...

power of
Multiplication
I believe more attention should be put on the seemingly small callings. After all, that’s what Jesus asks most often because He knows the power of unity, partnership, and multiplication.
Say an amazing evangelist reached 100,000 people a year. He started when he was born and lived for 100 years.
In his lifetime, He would be able to reach 10,000,000 people, but it would take 800 lifetimes for him to reach the whole world.
It is impossible to complete the mission with one person, but the power of multiplication changes the game.
Now say you were an unbeliever, so I shared Jesus with you, then took a year to disciple you, then the next year, we each disciple one other. In the third year, all four of us reach out and disciple another person. Continuing this pattern, we would have reached the entire world in less than 40 years.
That’s the power of multiplication.
That’s the power of reaching the people within our own circles.
into
all the World
But God also instructs us to go into all the world.
Some of us do that by sending and supporting.
When we do our part in the body, we empower others to do their part.
The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building. – 1 Corinthians 3:8-9
When we enable the ones on the field, it is as if we also do the work.
Here at
Emerald Promise
Here at Emerald Promise, we preach the gospel, teach the word, plant churches, build wells, feed the hungry, and clothe the naked.
We bring the good news to the hurting, bind the brokenhearted, and proclaim liberty unto the captives, the opening of the prison to them that are bound and proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. We follow the great commission to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
power
of a Gift
At Emerald Promise it is your gift that pushes the vision forward.
You can do all this because the power of a gift and the power of multiplication empowers those on the field.
We give %30 of all profit to this mission.
Our faith is built on a gift.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – Ephesians 2:8
Now everything we do is empowered by this gift.
Freely we have received, now freely we give.
Let’s do the work He has set before us, believing everyone can make a difference.
Let’s change the world one gift at a time.
One
Mission
The body of Christ has one mission,
Christ’s vision,
the great commission.
For just as we have many parts in one body, and not all parts have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and all are parts of one another. – Romans 12:4-5
When building a house; everyone doing their part, from the builder to the electrician, is essential.
But what about the people who financed the building? They may not be on the work site, but without them, there would be no work site, so they are a part of the work and get credit for it as if they were there.
It takes everyone working in the area God has assigned them to finish the mission.
We have diverse gifts according to the grace that is given to us:
– Romans 12:6
Emerald Promise has a mission to help believers live the Christian life in every area. That means living victoriously to the glory of God. We want to teach you how to release the fruit of the spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, and self-control into your life so you can see heavenly results that will bring your heart confidence. We also want to fund the organizations making a Kingdom impact on this world. I believe together, the body of Christ light the world with holy fire.

O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.
Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.

Suffering in the Word
TribulThe Bible does talk about suffering a lot. Some denominations embrace it and others act like it’s not there. But what exactly are we supposed to understand about suffering and what is the Bible really saying about it? I’ve done a little research on this before...
Guilt
awareness One of the reasons we don’t live in constant awareness of God’s presence is that we are too aware of our unworthiness of Him. While there is a healthy way to realize this it must be out of awe or the fear of the Lord and not from guilt. When I feel His...
