Discipleship Series – Week 1 – The Word

We have to establish within ourselves that the Word of God is 100% true and faithful. If the enemy can get you to believe any less, your faith will be shaken.

A man is only as good as His word, and God’s Words are what formed the earth and holds the universe together.

Man first fell when they doubted the creditability of the Lord’s Word, and satan will ask you the same question he asked Adam and Eve in the garden.

“Did He really say?”

You must accept and establish in your heart that the Lord God Almighty, whose life courses through us and keeps our heart beating, has the power to preserve His Word for you and me.

It’s a decision we have to make that God’s Word is faithful; it was written for you and me today, and I will believe the Word over any person or circumstance in my life.

God is my #1, and His Word carries His power, authority, and essence.

    Psalm 1

Blessed is the man
    who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor stands in the path of sinners,
    nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
 but his delight is in the law of the Lord,
    and in His law he meditates day and night.
 He will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
    that brings forth its fruit in its season;
its leaf will not wither,
    and whatever he does will prosper.

 The ungodly are not so,
    but are like the chaff
    which the wind drives away.
 Therefore the ungodly will not stand in the judgment,
    nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous,
    but the way of the ungodly will perish.

In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God – John 1:1

Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. – JOHN 17:17

Meditate on this truth and make a solid decision because, without this foundation, there is no point in moving forward.

In His Service,

Abbie
